Friends of Hemming Park presents the second annual Bluegrass, Beer and Barbecue Festival!  This event will be held heart of Downtown Jacksonville, Hemming Park! Relax and enjoy a FREE concert by live performers including Brett Bass and Melted Plectrum, Rusty Shine, and Salt & Pine.  Enjoy some delicious Barbecue, an arts market, various tasty beverages and more.
