Join us for an afternoon of plein air, leaf peeping, and s'mores. We'll meet at Dolly Varden Lake Campground and snag a site with a picnic table and fire ring. I'll bring firewood and s'mores fixings so we can warm chilly fingers and roast s'mores through out the afternoon. Bring any other food (something to roast on a stick perhaps), snacks and drinks you may want, as well as plein air supplies and anything you need for a day in a wilderness area including bear protection.

I know this is short notice but we have a stretch of decent weather coming up and I wanted to take advantage of it.

Perhaps we'll get lucky and a loon or two might still be around.
