Hello ladies and gent -- In today's module from my nutritionist's course -- there was a PDF that was all about GETTING BACK ON TRACK. I thought that it would be a good thing to share it here since some of us are currently struggling and the ones who aren't -- probably will struggle too at some point...(It is to be expected!) Struggles and successes are both part of the same journey. Whichever one you are currently experiencing -- it's good practice to be prepared and know how to deal with falling off the bandwagon.
