Happy August 1st! Our 2nd Monthly Weigh-In is here and it is TIME to step on them scales! Best of luck to us all and please make sure to Check-In on the Event titled: '2nd Monthly Weigh-In!'. Regardless of the outcome, I just want to congratulate us for totally ROCKING the month of July and giving it our best individual efforts! THAT'S what it's about.
