It is Mondaaay! Let's start this week with a single Monday Motivational Quotation. I'm guilty as charged for sleeping throughout my dreams instead of waking up to chase them. I've been trying to regulate my sleep cycle so that I sleep soundly throughout the night and stay as awake as possible during the day. Not the easiest thing to achieve but it is totally worth it! We can get so much more done during the daylight hours. During the nighttime hours it is just not the same. Those hours are meant for rest. One thing I've also noticed is that it is very beneficial to get our workouts done earlier during the day. The closer we do them to nighttime -- the more AWAKE O_O we will be throughout the night because of the SIMPLE FACT that workouts are ENERGIZING. No matter the hour we get them done. Let's plan for success this week and let's decide RIGHT NOW that we will ROCK the second week of August. :) To making it count! Cheers!

Are you still working out every day? That's amazing if you are! You have a lot of endurance!!

This week I am working out every day due to a challenge that our nutritionist set for everyone. But typically my single Rest Day has been every Monday so YEP, still working out more frequently than I have ever worked out! But yet, I barely get any workout-fatigue. Thank goodness!
