Hello! This Club really is dormant as of late. But I shall keep on keepin' on. I came across this quote today regarding motivation and I thought it perfectly described why going out of our way to remain consistent is the most important thing in a weight-loss journey. Even if working out and/or eating healthy is THE VERY LAST THING you want to do. Think about the short-term 'sacrifice' versus the long-term benefits. It's just a small price to pay right now -- but the benefits will be priceless. So, even when it gets hard -- let's get off the couch and begin moving. Even if we don't do the workout to perfection. Let's just move and then let's just do this day-in and day-out. The days really add up quickly! Before we know it -- we will have made a substantial amount of progress!
